Mick Jagger has spoken out about the death of his longtime companion L’Wren Scott.
The Rolling Stones’ lead singer has delivered a deep and mournful letter in response to the tragic death of a 49-year-old fashion designer who was discovered dead in her New York City apartment after committing suicide.
“I am still struggling to understand how my best friend could take her life in such a horrendous way,” Jagger wrote on his Facebook page. The remark was accompanied by a lovely photograph of his late wife. “We had a wonderful life together and built a wonderful life for ourselves after spending many years together.”
