Mariah Carey Asks for Primary Custody of Twins as Nick Cannon Juggles 11 Kids

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon called it quits over six years ago, but they shared joint custody of their twins, Moroccan (Roc) and Monroe (Roe) Cannon.

Since their divorce, Cannon has moved on with several women and had children with them, bringing the total number of his wards to 11.

Carey filed for primary custody of her twins, citing her ex-husband’s multiple children as a valid cause.

What Carey Wants

The We Belong Together singer wants the law’s backing since she’s the de facto primary caregiver to the twins. As a father of 11, Cannon can’t be present 100 percent in all his children’s lives, and Carey doesn’t want that for her twins.
