Jill St. John as Tiffany Case in ‘Diamonds Are Forever’
Jill St. John got the role as the Bond girl Tiffany Case, a glamorous jewelry smuggler, in the 007 film Diamonds Are Forever. She starred alongside the legendary Sean Connery.
“She’s a very smart lady,” Jill said of Tiffany. “She’s a survivor… In some ways, she’s a lot like me.”
“It’s the best break in my film career, which anybody would admit hasn’t been exactly stupendous up to now,” she told the North American Newspaper Alliance in 1971.
