After appearing in several critically praised movies, including Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown, Bridget Fonda announced her retirement from acting in 2002. On Wednesday, she was virtually unrecognisable when she left her home in Los Angeles.
The 58-year-old ex-Hollywood siren was photographed driving Oliver, her 17-year-old son with husband Danny Elfman, about the city in her silver, high-end Land Rover.
Fonda pulled away from the spotlight to concentrate on raising her son at the family’s ranch in Santa Barbara and was last seen in a public setting in 2009 while attending the premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s World War II blockbuster Inglorious Basterds.
