We were almost left without Chris Young’s music, but doctors spared his life.
In a recent Sirius XM interview, the “Famous Friends” singer discussed the near-death incident that nearly killed him. In case you missed it, Young became unwell with a leg infection in 2013 and had to go to the hospital.
“I had a minor wound on my leg that grew infected, and I didn’t know it was infected,” he explained. Young stated that when he awoke, he “didn’t feel great” and had “vision troubles.” He did, however, have a performance later that day.
