A Remarkable Career
At just 15 years old, Catherine made the brave decision to leave her Welsh school and pursue an acting career in London. Her talent and determination led her to receive her first major role in the West End revival of the musical “42nd Street” at the age of 17. From there, her success skyrocketed, eventually leading her to Hollywood. It was there that she met her true love, Michael Douglas, although their initial meeting was far from love at first sight.
