Blake Shelton’s departure from “The Voice” marks the end of an era. “The Voice” coach and country vocalist has been with the show since its beginning in 2011 when it debuted on NBC.
Although Shelton was already a well-known singer when he began serving as a coach, there’s no doubt that his appearance on the NBC hit won him new fans, as many saw a different side of him.
In Season 1, he worked alongside CeeLo Green, Adam Levine, and Christina Aguilera as a coach.
