Although I dislike Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, His Post-Verdict Year Has Been Unfair

It was like witnessing a catastrophic train wreck. I’m referring to the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp court drama.

The Depp v. Heard verdict, which reminded everyone why defense attorneys frequently counsel their clients not to take the stand, was rendered on June 1 of last year. It was impossible to empathize with either celebrity because they were both problematic.

Depp came depicted as a childish Peter Pan-like persona throughout the trial due to testimony of his out-of-control spending, overindulgence, unapologetic and completely recognizable swagger, swollen ego, screaming hissy fits, and teenage rock star-style partying.
