Things are not well between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner, his ex-wife. Following the former’s shocking divorce petition in early May, that much has become evident over the last two weeks.
According to accounts, Costner was surprised when his wife decided to file for divorce, and it seems that the unfortunate affair has only gotten worse since then.
Despite the conditions of their long-standing prenup, it was reported last week that Baumgartner was refusing to vacate the couple’s $145 million mansion. According to the deed, Baumgartner had 30 days to leave the property if a divorce petition was filed. She has technically outstayed her welcome since filing on May 1.
